some suggestions

Some other suggestions we have received are:

· Creon dosage – need better guidance to determine appropriate dosage and tips on titrating up/down

· Recent examples of little or no named specialist nurse or Macmillan nurse when sent home in end-of-life status. Need clear documented procedures to be implemented nationally to ensure no one slips between the net

· The complex nature of interventions for PC mean that patients need someone in secondary care to help ‘manage’ their health and the multiple conditions that may result. This is beyond a normal GPs remit (and in some cases experience).
