Support Line
We run a confidential Support Line for anyone affected by
pancreatic cancer. You can contact the service by telephone or
email and will be put in contact with our Support and Information
Team who can provide individual specialist support and information
on pancreatic cancer. To contact the service:

your standard network rate).

The service operates within office hours Monday to Friday from
10am-4pm (the service is closed on Bank Holidays). Once you have
contacted us a member of the Support and Information Team will be
in touch within 24 hours (or 48 hours if your enquiry is received
over the weekend when the office is closed).
Team on Wednesdays - on Wednesdays
you will have direct access to Jeni Jones, Support Manager when
phoning the Support Line.

The Support and Information Team
Jeni Jones, Support Manager - Jeni has been
nursing for 22 years and has spent the past ten years working in
cancer care, including the care of people with pancreatic cancer.
She has worked in the areas of chemotherapy, palliative care and
clinical trials and is experienced in providing support to
patients, families and friends.
Anna Jewell, Information and Development Manager -
Anna has worked within cancer charities for the past eight years.
She is experienced in providing information to patients and
families, in particular around access to treatment, care and
support.
