This role reports to and works directly with the CEO, Diana Jupp, providing an executive PA service.  Diana joined the charity in November and we are about to embark on the development of our new 5 year strategy therefore it is a really exciting time to join the team! 

We are a very close knit organisation that is supportive and giving - small yet very dynamic and hugely ambitious. Our recent Staff Away Day demonstrated that the cause of pancreatic cancer, the ambition of the team to combat it and the supportive culture of the organisation were highly rated amongst the staff.

The CEO and EA work in an open plan office together with all the London-based staff, fostering a friendly culture where senior managers are known for their approachability. The EA will reflect this in their style of working, being comfortable engaging at all levels in a non-hierarchical way, who is confident, happy, and flexible with a proactive, can-do approach.

As part of the Corporate Services team the post assists with the effective management of the charity and corporate governance.  This role provides diary management to the Director of Finance, Board of Trustees, and line manages a PA who supports the Director of Fundraising and Director of Operations.
