Yes, we work with a professional telephone fundraising agency called Ethicall. We work closely with Ethicall so their fundraisers know all about our work, and treat you with respect and sensitivity.
By working with Ethicall we can call supporters in a cost-effective way.
We collect bank details for a direct debit so you can play in our Weekly Lottery every week. These details can only be used to pay money into your account, or to set up a direct debit, which can only be done by authorised organisations.
If you set up a direct debit with us, you will receive written confirmation and a copy of the Direct Debit guranatee.
