Virgin Money London Marathon 2018

22 April 2018 - 22 April 2018 Start time: 10:00 AM Registration fee: £100 with a minimum fundraising pledge of £2,500

Join us at the world's most famous marathon and accomplish the challenge of a lifetime.

What: The London Marathon is a 26.2 mile race will take you on a journey through London's famed landmarks. You will start at Blackheath before making your way through Greenwich and over Tower Bridge in to the City of London. From here you will travel around the Isle of Dogs before running along Embankment and on to the finish line on the Mall.

When: 22 April 2018

Participation: The Virgin Money London Marathon is a tough challenge but with training it can be completed by those who really wish to succeed. Most marathon runners tend to run solo but others choose to run with others or even in fancy dress, to make the day that little bit more memorable.

Training & Preparation: We believe it is important to keep in contact with runners before race day to ensure they are ready. We will provide you with an introduction & welcome pack as well as a Fundraiser Support Pack to help you raise your sponsorship target. We will be in regular contact throughout training and fundraising to keep you motivated.

Apply for a charity place: Applications for our charity places are now open. Please apply using our application form. If you are successful then we ask for a non-refundable registration fee of £100 and that you pledge to raise a minimum of £2,500. Please note we are heavily oversubscribed for these places so please add as much detail as possible to why you are running and how you will raise the minimum sponsorship pledge - charity places are allocated on the strength of your application.

Join our team with your own place: Ballot entries for the 2018 Virgin Money London Marathon open on Monday 1st May and close as 17:00 on Friday 5th May. To increase your chances of running for Pancreatic Cancer UK please apply in the ballot. If you have your own place then we'd love to have you on the team.

If you have your own place please complete our own place form to join the team. There is no set sponsorship target and we simply ask you to raise as much sponsorship as you can.
