The Big Half is brought to you by the organisers of the prolific London Marathon.

The Big Half is a half marathon in London that follows a stunning 13.1-mile closed-road course, starting by Tower Bridge and finishing at Cutty Sark in Greenwich. You can find the full route, here.

There’s a real sense of community at this running festival, with some of the world’s best athletes and thousands of mass participation runners on the same course!

Your support means our nurses can be here for those affected now, and that we can fund vital world-leading research and campaign for change.

Whether you’re running for someone affected by pancreatic cancer, in memory of a loved one or for everyone affected by the disease, every step you take will help transform the future.
