Take part in our patient survey
We have developed a survey to give you the opportunity as a pancreatic cancer patient to share how the disease and the care and information you have received post diagnosis has impacted on your quality of life.
The information you provide will be used to help Pancreatic Cancer UK influence and develop the support services that are provided to pancreatic cancer patients.
We want to understand whether patients feel they have all the information and support they need, and identify ways in which support services could be improved in the future.
Who can take part in the survey?
Anyone aged 18 who has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
Is the survey anonymous?
Participation in this study is entirely voluntary. We will not ask you for your name or contact details and your responses will remain anonymous.
How long will it take?
The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
What sort of questions will the survey ask?
You will be asked questions about the treatment and care you have received since your pancreatic cancer diagnosis and how this has impacted on your quality of life.
How do I take part?
You can complete the survey online.
The survey will also be available in hardcopy from participating hospitals. If you are being treated in one of these centres, staff may provide you with a survey pack containing information about the study and inviting you to take part. To find out which hospitals are taking part, you can call 01865 208 108
