Living with Pancreatic Cancer Support Days
Living with Pancreatic Cancer Support Days are a place of support for pancreatic cancer patients, key carers and family members. We know that people living with pancreatic cancer experience feelings of isolation after a diagnosis and often do not get the opportunity to meet other patients and carers. We also know that many patients do not receive sufficient information and support to manage symptoms or treatment related side effects.
Living with Pancreatic Cancer Support Days provide local face-to-face support in an informal setting for people diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Information will be provided by specialist nurses on pancreatic cancer and symptom management, and there will be the opportunity to share experiences and offer mutual support with other people affected. Those attending are welcome to bring a key family member or carer.
