Feedback on our Support Line service

Your feedback is extremely important to us and we welcome this at any time from you if you have used our services. We have designed two quick feedback forms for you to let us know what you think of the Support Line and Discussion Forum. You can fill these in at any point, or alternatively you can give us feedback over the telephone or via email.

We are introducing some trials of evening hours on the Support Line to see what the uptake is.

We’ll be building on this as we receive more feedback so the more you tell us, the more we can do!

Our 2015 satisfaction survey of the Support Line found that '100% of respondents would recommend the service to others.'
