One year today we said goodbye to you x taken from us all too soon, not even 3 months from your diagnosis. We needed more time with you, one last summer to make memories but it wasn’t to be. You tried so very hard, you didn’t want to leave us. Unfortunately when you decided you could take no more, we couldn’t get there in time to say goodbye and hold your hand x it broke our hearts x

You were a wonderful Mum and Gran and we have wonderful memories of our time with you which we will cherish in our hearts forever x you loved us with all your heart and we loved you in return x you are with Dad now and he will look after you x
