    I confirm that I consent to Pancreatic Cancer UK using any images, videos and audio I share, and that these may be used alongside my name. I understand that these may be used in Pancreatic Cancer UK’s printed materials, on their website, on social media, and elsewhere as I have selected on this submission form or in any additional forms of content or communications. I also give permission for my story and other supporting images, videos and audio to be used by Pancreatic Cancer UK at any time in the next seven years without asking for consent again. After seven years, they will contact me again to get permission to continue using the images or recordings or archive all images or recordings and not use them again. If I wish to withdraw my permission at any time, I will contact Pancreatic Cancer UK by emailing stories@pancreaticcancer.org.uk. They will remove the content within a reasonable timeframe, but I understand that once an image, video, audio or story has been used in printed materials or online, it may not be possible to remove it.

    What is best practice?

    Best practice refers to clear examples of how optimal treatment and care has been successfully implemented in practice to improve the service delivery and outcomes and experiences for people with pancreatic cancer.

    Who can submit a case study?

    Health professionals, healthcare teams, NHS trusts or cancer alliances can submit case studies, as long as you can explain the improvement you’ve implemented, how it works in practice and the difference it has made.

    Where does PCUK share my case study?

    We will share your case study on our website of best practice case studies to demonstrate to other healthcare teams how improvements can be implemented. We may also share via our newsletters and social media, but will always ask for permission to do so first.
