Thank you for your interest in taking part in our photoshoot at the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre – Liverpool taking place on 17th March 2026.
Photography is a powerful tool to bring to life the services and support we offer to people affected by pancreatic cancer, as well as with health professionals. Your involvement in our photoshoot will ensure our photography features real people, creating authentic, meaningful connections with our audience and helping us to stand out.
The role
We’re looking for volunteers to take on the role of a patient and/or a loved one in a range of settings in the hospital, including solo portraits, posing with other participants as part of a couple, and ‘clinical consultations’ with health professionals. Our aim is to capture photos that are as close to real life clinical scenarios as possible.
We warmly welcome people of a range of genders, ethnicities, abilities and capabilities, and ages (minimum age 18) to take part. That’s why in our form below we have included some questions about you. This will ensure the participants we select for this project represent all communities affected by the disease and our photography reflects the diverse population of the UK. These fields are optional. This data will be deleted after the photoshoot has taken place.

Further information
What time is the photoshoot? We will confirm the timings closer to the time, but the photoshoot will take place roughly between the hours of 9am and 6pm. You won’t be required to stay for the full time – we can be flexible around your availability.
Where will the photos be used? The photos will be used in the promotion of our information, support services and our health professional services. They will be used in our publications and information, websites, email, social media, and other marketing activities.
How long will the photos be used for? We will provide you with a consent form to sign which is an agreement for the photos to be used for 7 years from the date of the photoshoot. You can withdraw this consent at any time should you wish.
Will travel, accommodation (if needed) and refreshments be included? Yes, we will reimburse reasonable travel and accommodation expenses. We will provide refreshments, snacks and lunch during the photoshoot.
