This popular event is a fantastic flat & fast course, ideal if you are taking on your first half marathon or hoping to set a quick time. The Scottish Half Marathon route starts just outside Edinburgh, running along the stunning East Lothian coast before finishing at Musselburgh race course, Scotland’s oldest race course.
Your support means our nurses can be here for those affected now and we can fund vital world-leading research and campaign for change. Whether you’re running for someone affected by pancreatic cancer, in memory of a loved one or for everyone affected by pancreatic cancer, every step you take will help to transform the future.

This popular event is a fantastic flat & fast course, great for setting a quick time or for a chance to take in the picturesque beauty of the East Lothian Coastline.
Grab your tartan and take part in one of the nation’s favourite charity event! There are three walking locations and distances to choose from, The Mighty Stride (24 miles), The Big Stroll (14.6 miles) and The Wee Wander (3.5-4.5 miles). The Kiltwalk is a fun-filled experience for all, with fantastic routes across Scotland and a great and lively atmosphere. Find out more information on the walks and registration here.
On Sunday 25th May 2025, join Team Pancreatic Cancer UK for the Edinburgh Marathon. It’s the second-largest marathon in the UK and takes place in the heart of the iconic city of Edinburgh. This fast and flat course is perfect if you are taking on your first marathon or looking for a PB!
