Our corporate partners
We are delighted to be supported by passionate and dedicated organisations and staff teams of all shapes and sizes who want to help us take on pancreatic cancer.
Take a look at some of our amazing partners and supporters and see the fantastic difference they’ve made:
The Real Greek
We are excited to have the support of The Real Greek for another year. In 2021 they chose to support us in memory of their colleague Christos.
In his honour a new Pork Skewer dish was added to their menu and for every dish sold a donation will be made to the charity. This was created especially for the partnership and was Christos’ favourite Greek delicacy.
Colleagues from across the business also take part in an annual ‘Walk the Real Greek’ challenge – which sees Christos’ friends and family join his colleagues in walking a half marathon between 5 of their London based restaurants – raising vital funds and awareness in his memory.
“We hope that our support through orders of our Pork Skewers, will help transform the future for people affected by the disease.
We hope that in the near future, the prognosis of the disease will change and the percentages of people surviving this disease will rise and we believe that together we can help bring that change forward!” Emily Douglas, Marketing Director.
Bank of England
We were delighted to have been chosen as the Bank of England’s Charity of the Year in 2019/20, raising funds for our lifesaving research and support services. You can read more about our partnership here.
Colleagues from across the world came together to take on the Berlin Marathon and raised over £63,000 for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
Holgates Holiday Parks
Staff and customers across Holgate’s sites have supported Pancreatic Cancer UK in memory of the park’s founder since 2015. To date they have raised almost £20,000.
Briggs and Forrester
Raised over £21,000 in just 9 months at their Birmingham site by hosting a variety of dress down days, raffles and taking on the Three Peaks Challenge. Each year they also support the charity by holding a golf tournament in memory of their colleague.
Staff in Scotland have come together to fundraise in memory of a colleague and friend, by organising a number of events and sponsored walks. To date they have raised over £10,000 in just 12 months.
Clarke Willmott LLP
Staff at the Taunton office have been supporting Pancreatic Cancer UK since 2018 and pledged their support for a further four years. Colleagues have come together to take part in dress down days, clay pigeon shoots, pimms parties and have helped us raise awareness of the disease.
