Prehab and rehab

Prehab4Cancer and Recovery programme by Greater Manchester Cancer

This free exercise, nutrition and wellbeing scheme has been developed by Greater Manchester Cancer. The programme better prepares people physically and mentally for their cancer treatment. It supports them in their recovery from treatment and gives the opportunity for them to make life-long changes for overall improved health and wellbeing. It is available before and after cancer treatment.

The programme is currently only available for patients in Greater Manchester who have colorectal cancer, lung cancer or upper gastrointestinal cancer. However, the website contains lots of practical, easy to follow advice, as well as links to other organisations who may be able to help, so please signpost your patients to the website.
