  • The trek will take place from Saturday 24 October to Friday 1 November 2020.

  • The trip will last for 9 days but you will be trekking for 5 incredible days.

The trek will begin with an overnight flight to Beijing followed by a trainser to Pinguu. On day 3 we will begin our trek as we explore Huangyaguan. this section of the wall used to be an army barracks 600 years ago so it was cruicial to the walls defenses.

On day 4 we will continue to trek to Jinshanling, covering 27 watchtowers and descending through remote villages and farms.

Day 5 will take us to a remote section of the wall where you will be able to see the Wall disappearing over the mountains, so it truly is a memorable sight.

On Day 6 we will trek through the 11 toers to the 'Heavenly Ladder'. It's a tough day but the views make it all worthwhile.

Day 7 will be spent on the Juyongguan section of the Great Wall. It is here that we will get the chance to help rebuild the wall and place a brick in memory of our loved ones. So it will be a very special day and lead us to the end of the trek.

Day 8 will be free for you to explore the hustle and bustle of Beijing so make sure you visit the Forbidden City or Tiananmen Square and take in the incredible sights of Beijjing.

Our final day will be spent travelling back to the UK and hopefully a well deserved rest when you get back home!
