Join our team for this beautiful, predominantly flat course which takes runners on an unforgettable tour of Wales’ capital city, past historic landmarks and stunning scenery.

Starting from the historic Cardiff Castle you will head towards the Cardiff City Stadium before running through the Vale of Glamorgan, over the Cardiff Bay Barrage, past the Norwegian Church and Millennium Centre, around the beautiful Roath Park Lake and will finish in the majestic civic centre outside the Temple of Peace on King Edward VII Avenue, where you’ll be given a hero’s welcome!

Your support means our nurses can be here for those affected now and we can fund vital world-leading research and campaign for change. Whether you’re running for someone affected by pancreatic cancer, in memory of a loved one or for everyone affected by pancreatic cancer, every step you take will help to transform the future.

Become a Team Pancreatic Cancer UK runner, and together we can transform the future for everyone affected by pancreatic cancer.
