Join our team and take on the UK’s most iconic marathon!

With 50,000 runners taking to the streets and thousands of spectators shouting your name, the London Marathon is an unforgettable race experience. Starting in Greenwich park and finishing along the Mall, you’ll race past London’s most historic landmarks. When you’ve reached the finish line, join the rest of the Pancreatic Cancer UK team as we celebrate together at our post-race reception.

Your support means our nurses can be there for those affected now and we can fund vital world-leading research and campaign for change. Whether you’re running for someone affected by pancreatic cancer, in memory of a loved one or for everyone affected by pancreatic cancer, every step you take will help to transform the future.

Become a Team Pancreatic Cancer UK runner, and together we can transform the future for everyone affected by pancreatic cancer.

"It feels like it's a section of my pain taken away - the set-up of the team all being able to communicate - a team full of people that actually understand, understand my pain, and they care. It's comforting."
