November is Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month. It is a time to spread vital awareness of pancreatic cancer, so we can inspire more action, drive more change, and deliver more breakthroughs for people affected by pancreatic cancer.
Ideally we would love to have as many people skydive in November, however, if you’re unable to do so you can still take part and skydive in a different month.
You have two fundraising options:
Charity place:
Self-funded:
We recommend setting up a JustGiving page which you can link directly to the Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month campaign.
To set up a page please click here.
Alternatively you can collect cash donations and record them on our Sponsorship form.
If you have selected a charity place and don’t raise the £500 by your jump you will be asked to cover the cost of the skydive yourself.
However, we have a dedicated events team who will help and support you to reach your goal.
All donations raised via your Pancreatic Cancer UK online fundraising page will be automatically sent to us. If you have raised money offline you can send them in
The weight limits for men and women can vary between our airfields – you can click here to see the limits at each airfield. Just click on your selected location to see the details.
Some airfields have a very strict height to weight ratio – if you are unsure please email info@skylineevents.co.uk and skyline can let you know their limits with regards to your height.
You must be 18 years or older on the day of your jump.
A few of the airfields have an upper age limit for tandem jumps: Cornwall has an upper age limit of 65, Lancaster and Whitchurch have a limit of 70 and Perthshire has a limit of 49.
All fundraisers will receive a Pancreatic Cancer UK top, a fundraising booklet with our top tips, dedicated support from our team.
