Who is this event for?
This event is designed for healthcare professionals working in primary care in Wales.
If you are a healthcare professional working in a district general hospital, specialist centre, hospice or you’re community based, and you’re interested in attending, please do sign up too – the more the merrier!
What platform will this session be hosted on?
