Living with Pancreatic Cancer Support Sessions
Being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer can be an isolating experience, with little chance of knowing someone going through the same thing. And of course, the situation is made worse during the global pandemic we find ourselves in.
For that reason, we encourage you to attend one of our free Living with Pancreatic Cancer online support sessions
You can read a little bit about our sessions below.
1.5 Hour sessions run online via Zoom
Our face-to-face support sessions are currently on hold. All new sessions will now be run in 1.5 hour online group meetings using Zoom. If you’ve not used Zoom before we can send you a simple guide when you book your session.
Meet others who understand
The sessions will be relaxed and informal with a small group of people. You will have the chance to connect with others with pancreatic cancer; share your experiences, support each other and feel understood.
A range of topics around living well
Each session will cover a different topic such as managing your diet, coping emotionally or exploring how you can live as well as you can with pancreatic cancer.
Speak to a specialist nurse
The sessions will be hosted by one of our pancreatic cancer specialist nurses. You will be able to speak to them and ask any questions you might have.
