Terms and conditions for RideLondon-Essex 100 prize draw

  • Entries into our prize draw are free of charge to anyone who meets the criteria specified for our draw.
  • Criteria: only riders registered with Pancreatic Cancer UK for the 2022 RideLondon-Essex 100 who have set up a fundraising page for the 2022 RideLondon-Essex 100 for Pancreatic Cancer UK and received at least one donation to this fundraising page by 11:59pm Monday 11th April 2022 will be entered.
  • You will be entered into the draw automatically if you meet the criteria, but you can ask to not be included by emailing fundraise@pancreaticcancer.org.uk or calling 020 3535 7090.
  • The competition closes at 11.59pm on Monday 11th April 2022. The prize draw will take place on Tuesday 12th April 2022.
  • The winner will be chosen at random by a Pancreatic Cancer UK staff member and the final decision is with Pancreatic Cancer UK.
  • If you are successful, Pancreatic Cancer UK will contact you by phone, SMS or email to inform you.
  • If you are successful, Pancreatic Cancer UK may contact you by phone, SMS or email to ask if you’d be happy to be tagged in a winners’ post.
  • The donation you receive must be received via either a Facebook Fundraising page, Just Giving or Enthuse page.
  • The prize draw winner will receive two tickets to Pancreatic Cancer UK’s special screening of Truly, Madly, Deeply on Monday 25th April 2022.
  • The prize draw winner must reply to confirm their attendance by 9am on Wednesday 13th April 2022. If Pancreatic Cancer UK have not received a reply by this date and time, they will offer the tickets to another winner.
  • The tickets cannot be exchanged for an alternative gift or cash and cannot be sold.
  • Pancreatic Cancer UK will require your email address to send you the tickets.
  • If you are successful in the draw but no longer want the tickets, you must inform a Pancreatic Cancer UK staff member by 9am on 13th April 2022.
  • The prize will be given to one winner in this prize draw.
  • Whenever the prize draw is promoted, a link to Pancreatic Cancer UK's website with these T&Cs will be shared.
