A complete gentleman, we are privileged to have raised funds in his memory
Cancer is a word we all know too well, but until someone you know has been affected I don’t think many people have a great understanding of what a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer means.
This was true in a case for my colleagues and I, as we didn’t realise just how devastating pancreatic cancer could be. We were fortunate to spend time with our colleague and trusted friend throughout the lows and highs that this diagnosis brought in waves.
After the loss of our colleague to pancreatic cancer, our office has come together in numerous fundraising activities. Knowing that the funds we raise can make a difference to people in the future is a great feeling and motivates us to continue to raise as much money as we can for the charity. Close Brothers, Glasgow
