Pancreatic Cancer UK Gift Aid declaration – for past & future donations
What is Gift Aid?
Every gift you make to Pancreatic Cancer UK – whatever its value – could be worth more at no extra cost to you just by choosing Gift Aid!
Gift Aid is a government programme that makes donations given to charity tax-effective. It means an extra 25p is added to every £1 you give! So if you give a £10 donation, we will receive £12.50.
As soon as you give your permission by completing our Gift Aid declaration form, we can claim the tax back on your donation.
Can I Gift Aid my donation?
If the below statements apply to you, then please fill in the form below and we can claim Gift Aid on your donation. Thank you.
I am a UK taxpayer and I would like Pancreatic Cancer UK to treat any donations I make in the future and have made in the past 4 years as Gift Aid donations, until I notify you otherwise.
I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and / or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference. I understand that Pancreatic Cancer UK will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give.
Gift Aid is reclaimed by Pancreatic Cancer UK from the tax I pay for the current tax year. Please let us know if your tax circumstances or name and address details change so we can amend our records.
