We teamed up with specialist dietitians to deliver this free, virtual educational session for healthcare professionals exploring the nutritional assessment and management of pancreatic cancer.
Our specialist nurse Rachel Richardson kicked off the event with an introduction to pancreatic cancer. We then heard from Helen Webster on the nutritional assessment of pancreatic cancer. Lauren Roberts then discussed pancreatic exocrine insufficiency (PEI) and pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy (PERT), and Fiona MacLeod closed the event with an overview of nutritional management in pancreatic cancer.
