You can email our specialist nurses and they will get back to you, normally within 48 hours unless it’s a weekend or public holiday.
If you just feel overwhelmed and not sure who to turn to, contact our nurses, and they can help.

You can ask for an interpreter when you call our Support Line. Call our nurses on 0808 801 0707 and ask for an interpreter in the language you would like to speak. The interpreter will join the call to help answer your questions and provide support.
Please note that we are only able to provide support and guidance related to the UK healthcare system.
It was such a relief to be able to talk frankly with someone who was so incredibly well informed at the same time as being so compassionate. It was very liberating to be able to speak candidly. You have been such a comfort.
Using our Support Line or emailing us is completely free – you will not be charged for any calls made within the UK.
We will keep your personal details, along with a very brief summary of the discussion, email or WhatsApp exchange we have had with you, on our secure database. This record is confidential, and only the team involved in supporting you will be able to access it. A record will only be kept if we have your consent – you can stay anonymous if you prefer.
We are able to speak with you and a support person, if you have one, to help you during the call. Alternatively, you can contact us via email or WhatsApp.
We can take enquiries from outside the UK, but please be aware that we can only give general information about pancreatic cancer, and we are unable to advise on healthcare systems overseas. If you’re outside the UK, it may be easiest to email us, rather than call or WhatsApp.
Please note that if you use the links on our website to call us from an international number, you will need to manually add in +44 at the start of the number.
