Supporting people with pancreatic cancer in the community

Wednesday 11th June 2025, 9.30am - 11.00am, via Zoom Webinar

Watch this free, educational webinar to find out the most important things you need to know when supporting people with pancreatic cancer in the community. We know it’s impossible for you to know everything about pancreatic cancer given the range of patients with different conditions you’ll see, so in this session, we’ll focus on the key information you need and where you can find further support.

Hosted by specialist nurses with experience working in the community, we explored the different pathways and symptoms your patients with pancreatic cancer may experience and how you can best support them.

We also discussed dietpancreatic enzyme replacement therapy (PERT) and diabetes, along with other pancreatic cancer specific symptoms.

You will hear from people affected by pancreatic cancer on the impact the support they have received in the community has had on their quality of life and get practical tips and guidance to help you provide the best support and care to people with pancreatic cancer in the community.
