In 2025, our amazing cheer point volunteers gave their valuable time and enthusiastic energy at running events across the UK including; the TCS 2025 London Marathon, Great North Run, Edinburgh Marathon Festival, and more! These fantastic individuals cheered on over 900 runners who raised over £3.1 million to fund our vital work. And we’re excited to have even more volunteers on board in 2026!

Our incredible runners raise vital funds for our work, and as a cheer point volunteer you give them the boost they need to get across the finish line. Recruitment for the two day TCS London Marathon on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th April 2027 will begin in Autumn of this year. Please check back then when the application London Marathon volunteer application form will be ready for you to apply.
