What: The 3 Peaks (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon) are the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales. The challenge is to climb each of these three peaks - one after the other! You will climb a total of 42km with the aim of completing the challenge within 24 hours.

When: Pick a date that suits you! The challenge is run on weekends from May to October.

Participants: You can sign up as an individual or you can get your friends and family to join you and sign up as a team. All participants need to be 18 years or older.

Preparation & Training: This is a very tough challenge to complete but with training it is very achievable.
